Youth Networking

YOUTH NETWORKING is aimed at increasing the interest, collaboration and involvement of youth and youth workers with local, regional and international communities which exist to address specific youth or community-related issues through policies and innovative programmes. Communication and connections between youth groups, dissemination of vital information, sharing good or best practices, capacity-building, implementation of interventions which will successfully impact on problems which youth and communities face, are among some of the actions which youth will undertake while engaged in youth networks.

They are various prerequisites required for one to become a part of  youth network.  These prerequisites differ from group to group. Some general ones are; knowledge of the group and its history, its vision or mandate and its objectives, Some youth networks are non-profit/non-government organisations with specific focuses, such as Volunteering, Feeding Programmes, Environmental, etc.
