The Ministry of Youth and Culture (MYC) offers financial support to Community Based Youth Organisations through the disbursement of subventions to Youth Clubs. Information will be posted on this website when these subventions are available.

Additionally, the MYC offers technical support through the coordination of training seminars, empowement sessions and other activities. These are coordinated by our Youth Empowerment Officers who coordinate and support activities that will allow young persons to enhance their personal, social and economic development. 

Youth Empowerment Officers (YEOs) are employed to the Ministry of Youth and Culture. Applicants should have a Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Social Work, Sociology or any other relevant Social or Developmental Sciences). Additionally, applicants should have a minimum of two years experience in youth and/or community development.
