Active Listening


Essential skills in a creative leardership conversation are listening and hearing the words of others while listening to yourself. When a person experiences deep listening; it creates a safe space where she/he feels heard and respected. As understanding grows, turst also grows. words are heard, emotions are felt and we respond. One term used for this deep listening is "Active Listening"

You never know the significance of something until you actually need it and trust me, you are going to need professional photographs when applying for a job. I was applying for a job online and they requested one passport size photo and one full length photo. I'm a person that takes numerous photos but when I was going through my photo database I realised that I did not have a current passport sized photo no older than six months! I did not even have a professional looking full length photograph!
