Call for Youth Groups:
The United Nations Development Programme in Jamaica invites youth groups to apply to be among the 10 selected beneficiaries of the Amplifying Youth Voice & Action to Address Citizen Security & Safety Project.
Successful participants will be invited to participate in a six-month capacity building incubator with the opportunity to receive $10,000.00 USD in grant funding to implement community-level microprojects.
Requirements:
- Must be a Youth led-organization (Youth-led non-governmental organizations are those that are led, managed, and coordinated by young people)
- Must be active for a minimum of 2 years · Can be either registered or unregistered
- Group can be from rural or urban areas across Jamaica
- Passionate about SDG Goals 8, 11, 16 and 17
- Keen interest in National Development and Youth Involvement in Policy and Governance processes

- A letter of recommendation from any of the following persons (Justice of the Peace, Pastor, Principal, SDC Parish Manager or MOEYI Youth Empowerment Officers, CDC President)
- Scanned copy of the official registration certificate (if applicable)
